Yadav took a property loan on this property of INR 3 Crores for the production of a movie. The amount increased over time and reached bank. Yadav tried his best to settle the debt but couldn’t do it.

Yadav founded the production house and named it after his parents - Shri Naurang Godavari Entertainment. This house was officially registered in Radha Yadav’s name (Rajpal Yadav’s Wife). This production house was behind a movie and in it, Rajpal Yadav was featured with Om Puri (The Late Actor).

Manoj, the manager of the local branch of the Central Bank of India, decided to proceed without any police involvement, despite the initial requests for security support. He also claimed that Mumbai’s recovery team executed the sealing. SK Sabharwal, the Bank’s Bareilly DRM, refused to comment. 

Rajpal Yadav: Bollywood Actor’s Debt Issues in the Past

Rajpal Yadav’s financial troubles are not new, he has also faced debt issues in history. Rajpal Yadav borrowed INR 5 Crores from Madhav Gopal Verma, the director of Murli Projects Private Limited, back in 2010. He took this amount to finance the Ata Pata Laapata movie. 

The movie didn’t perform well and Yadav failed to replay the loan. Afterward, he faced continuous financial troubles. This debt increased to INR 10 Crores cause of a bounced check. 

During this debt trouble, Rajpal Yadav was also sent to jail. Delhi’s Karkardooma Court stepped in and ordered Rajpal Yadav to pay INR 14 Crores to settle his obligations in the month of May. This decision highlighted the financial troubles that Rajpal was suffering and later complicated his efforts to get financially stable.
