‘Black Mirror’ Season 6 Teaser Confirms June Release

The relaunch is the outcome of lengthy negotiations among Netflix and the show's owner. On April 26, a teaser for the upcoming sixth season of the Emmy-winning television show "Black Mirror" was made available. According to Netflix, Season six of this Charlie Brooker-produced British anthology series, which is set to debut in June, will be "the most unexpected season yet".

Netflix further added:

“Known and celebrated for its dark, satirical themes, the new season will include new elements that Brooker himself "previously sworn blind the show would never do."

Brooker told Netflix:

"The stories are all still tonally Black Mirror through-and-through — but with some crazy swings and more variety than ever before".

Black Mirror Season 6

Netflix released a trailer for the eagerly awaited dystopian series, Black Mirror season 6, on Wednesday, April 26th, 2023.

In contrast to earlier seasons, this one, said Brooker, won't have each episode standalone. The fans can expect this season to be a unique one among all other seasons.

As reported by Netflix, the writer-producer stated:

"I've always felt that Black Mirror should feature stories that are entirely distinct from one another, and keep surprising people — and myself — or else what's the point? It should be a series that can't be easily defined, and can keep reinventing itself".
