The Kalki 2898 AD collected INR 276 Crores on its 25th day in the dubbed version. This broke the record of the RRR movie, and the Kalki 2898 AD became the highest-grossing South Indian movie. Deepika Padukone, an Indian Actress, debuted in the Telugu Industry with this movie.

The RRR movie was directed by S.S. Rajamouli and released on 25th March 2022 whereas, the Kalki 2898 AD was directed by Nag Ashwin and released on 27th June 2024.
