“As conveyed by the officials of the Ministry of External Affairs, Maldives President Mohammad Muizzu, Vice President of Seychelles Ahmed Afif, Bhutan’s King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, and head of state of Mauritius are coming to attend the swearing-in ceremony. They will stay in four hotels: Taj Palace, The Oberoi, The Leela Palace, and ITC Maurya.”
The final date and time depends on the availability of the state heads from other countries. The security arrangements have been made for the ceremony that will take place after the Oath ceremony after which the guests will depart. The source further added:
“It has been informed in the meeting that all the newly elected MPs will come along with their spouse and three guests. We are planning to organize a rehearsal before the event to improve the coordination between all the agencies.”
