Meanwhile, the Indian side will play 10 Tests in upcoming months including 5 matches in India, 2 against Bangladesh 3 against New Zealand, and 5 during their tour to Australia.

The Duleep Trophy 2024 is going to be the 17th edition of this tournament. It is a domestic first-class cricket event that is played in India. For this year, the tournament is scheduled to start on September 5th and may end on September 22nd, 2024. 

There would be 4 teams - India A, India B, India C, and India D and it may not follow the zonal format. These teams will be picked by the national selectors and BCCI. South Zone are the defending champions.

Two venues opted for the Duleep Trophy this year. They are:

• Rural Development Trust Stadium, Anantapur
• ACA ADCA Ground, Anantapur

6 matches are scheduled for Duleep Trophy 2024 which will start on 5th September this year.  There are possibilities that the venue may shift to M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The Star Indian cricketers agreed to partake in this event in the Anantapur location even though the place doesn’t have an airport.
