The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 is all set to begin on March 31, with defending champions Gujarat Titans taking on Chennai Super Kings in the opening match at Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium. This year's tournament featured 74 games between 10 teams, with the final scheduled for May 31, 2 023.

  • The teams have been divided into two groups, with Group A consisting of Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders, Rajasthan Royals, Delhi Capitals, and Lucknow SuperGiants. Group B features Chennai Super Kings, Punjab Kings, and Gujarat Titans, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Royal Challengers Bangalore.
  • In a return to the "home-and-away" format, the IPL 2023 will be played across 12 venues: Ahmedabad, Mohali, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Jaipur, Mumbai, Guwahati, and Dharamshala. 
  • This promises to be an exciting edition of the IPL, with some of the world's best players set to showcase their skills in the popular T20 league.
