Pakistan Super League, abbreviated as PSL, is Pakistan’s T20 International Cricket tournament. Cricketers from all over the world participate in this league. This league started in 2016, and 2023 is the 8th edition for PSL. It started on February 13th, 2023, Monday and is expected to end by the end of Mid March. PSL Salary 2023

The salary in PSL is distributed depending on the category the player belongs to. They have 4 categories for the players:

• Emerging/Supplementary Players Category
• Silver Players Category
• Gold Players Category
• Diamond Players Category
• Platinum Players Category

The range of the salaries for each group is specified below:

• For the Emerging Players Category the salary is around INR 3 to INR 4 Lakhs.
• For the Silver Players Category the salary is around INR 12 to INR 13 Lakhs.
• For the Gold Players Category the salary is around INR 24 to INR 25 Lakhs.
• For the Diamond Players Category the salary is around INR 41 to INR 42 Lakhs.
• For the Platinum Players Category the salary is around INR 83 to 84 Lakhs.

The opening ceremony for PSL 2023 budget cost around INR 1.11 Crore. Last year it was around INR 70 Lakhs. It increased this year to almost double due to the use of AR and VR technology at the Multan Cricket Stadium.

The PSL hosted its player draft for its eighth season on November 18, 2022, Friday.
